What you’ll be doing

Storytelling. Your messaging is compelling because it communicates true value not just technical jargon. You know how to resonate with your audience and deliver content that rings true to their utmost desires.

Analyze. You are deeply analytical and love a good challenge. You are excited to jump into the data to discover actionable insights. You are always looking for large changes and small tweaks to improve things. You’re a total marketing geek. Total spreadsheet nerd.

Optimize. You are never satisfied with current results because you know there is always something that can be improved for better performance. You are obsessed with hitting and exceeding your KPIs.

Develop. You will roll up your sleeves to develop and execute plans for direct response, branding, and affiliate marketing strategies. You can comfortably work in the weeds and high level on all flavors of marketing and know when to flex which muscle to get the desired results we need.

Impact. You will have a direct and measurable impact by creating campaigns that affect the sales conversion funnel and revenue growth.

Lead. You will be driving the success of the growth team through your communication, clarity, and data-driven approach. You understand the balance of supporting your team while pushing to bring out the best in each player. You know how to rally your team and instill a sense of urgency, while building trust.

Manage. Yes, different from lead, you will need to manage the other important stuff. From task management, to one on one’s, to relationships with external parties, you will be the point person for all things business development and marketing.
